Willow Smith is no longer whipping her hair back and forth, she is getting herself right in the middle of a whole new scandal thanks to the older “friends” she’s associating with. Notably, 20-year-old men.

TMZ is reporting that the daughter of Will and Jada Picket Smith was caught in bed with actor Moises Arias.

You may recognize the name of Arias, as he starred in Hannah Montana as smart talking Rico. The photo shows Arias sitting up in bed–shirtless– leaning against a wall, while Smith–at 13 years old–laid in front of him, resting on her arm. The two don’t appear to be making any contact in the photo, which is definitely the good news.

Arias had originally posted the photo to his own Instagram account, iputtheeconomyonmyback, though it has since been deleted. In other pictures on his account, Arias also has pictures of Kylie Jenner (whose own Instagram account was named iputthedistrictonmyback, not too long ago), Kendall Jenner, Selena Gomez, and Willow’s older brother Jaden.

After 2010’s “Whip My Hair,” and moderate success alongside Nicki Minaj in the following year with “Fireball,” Smith has been noticeably absent from the headlines for a few years, releasing a few songs here and there, but we don’t blame the 13 year old for trying to live for a minute.

In addition to Hannah Montata, Arias has also starred in Nacho Libre, Ender’s Game and Despicable Me 2. In addition to Hannah Montata, Arias also appeared in a Disney Channel Original Movie (DCOM), Dadnapped, while making cameos on Wizards of Waverly Place, and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.

As proof that Arias and Willow may actually just be friends–Arias did appear in four music videos for Jaden Smith over 2012 and 2013, including “Gonzoes” and “Shakespeare.”

There’s almost a full year until Moises Arias turns 21, next April, at which point it’ll probably be a good idea to not be fraternizing with minors all that much.
